• Payment Information: Payment details for subscriptions (processed securely by Stripe)

When you use the App, we automatically collect:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique identifiers
• Usage Data: Features used, time spent, user interactions
• Location Data: GPS coordinates (with your permission)

De-identified Information

We share de-identified information as described in De-identified Data and AI below.

De-identified Data and AI

We create de-identified and aggregated information from the data we collect, so that it can no longer reasonably be linked to you, your household or your device. We maintain and use it only in de-identified form, will not attempt to re-identify it, and require anyone we share it with to do the same. We may use and share de-identified information for any lawful purpose, including research, benchmarks, reports and data products for third parties.

We may also use your information internally to develop, train and improve our analytics and AI features.

Your choices. You can opt out of having your information used to train AI features at any time by emailing privacy@pickletool.com or from your account settings where available. Opting out does not affect de-identified information already created.

No sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and give you the right to opt out before it applies to you.

SMS/Text Messaging Program

PickleTool offers an optional SMS program for match notifications, event updates, and important alerts.

SMS Opt-In and Consent

• You must provide explicit consent to receive SMS messages
• You may receive recurring automated promotional and marketing messages
• Consent is not required to use PickleTool
• Message frequency varies based on activity
• Message and data rates may apply
